How to take:
 
To get the full benefit of this product, we recommend starting with two Skin AccumaxTM twice a day (4 a day) for at least 14 weeks. However some people choose to take this dosage for several months for best results. After this time you may wish to reduce to one capsule twice a day.
You can take them all together but it’s best to spread them out. Always take Skin Accumax with a meal.
We advise taking it for a minimum of 14 weeks and you can safely take it for longer.  You can discontinue once you’re happy with the results you’ve achieved.
If you forget to take Skin Accumax at any point in the day just continue taking the recommended daily dose as normal, there is no need to compensate for missed pills. It is okay to take all the capsules in the evening if you forget in the morning.
